  This support level allows us to do more work for you at a much lower cost.  Support at this level requires you to initially supply all of your supporting documentation as specified in the Tax Organizer, and all subsequent contacts will be done via email.  Payment is made through the internet.
• Internet + Phone
  Includes all of the features of the Internet only support.  Plus this support level is a bit more personalized as you will get the opportunity to speak with one of our tax advisors to help with your individual situation.  All of the Internet support features are included.  Plus you can also send your payment by postal mail.
• Limited Express
  Includes all of the features of the Internet + Phone support.  This level of support will put you on our express list and your needs will be addressed as quickly as possible.  You need to make sure you provide us all the information the first time, as each time we have to request for more information, that will slow the process down.  However usual turnaround time for this level of support is 1-2 weeks
• Priority Express
  Includes all of the features of the Limited Express support, plus this level will make your job number fly through our processing.  Typical turnaround time is 3-5 days.
• Specialist
  This level of support lets you talk directly with our Certified Public Accountant.  Support at this level requires a fixed fee plus an hourly charge.  Typically this option is used for more complex situations.
